Image Not Upload On Local Folder In NiceEdit New Update

friends after searching a lot over stackoverflow and google, I finally decide to ask this question as per my requirement for niceEdit editor as their new updated causes a little bit problem. I already download and call the nicEdit.js file as,

and i also create nicUpload.php. Here is the PHP code, ( I just change the folder name )

I want to upload the image in my uploads directory as i have mentioned in the php file but still the image is uploaded to the editer's default server path.
