Which PHP Framework is better for my purpose? [on hold]

It seems this subject is repetitive. But I need to look at this question a little different.

Actually, I'm going to rewrite a project with a framework.

The project is not that too big. But is not small.
I don't want to go with a complicated powerful framework like Yii, Laravel, ...

I know they are great. But I need a framework with these specs:

Easy to use
Use ORM or ActiveRecord
Easy Form Helpers and Validations
Pure Documentation and Manuals
Keep updating
Light Weight
High Performance
