"Back up & restore" how to restore on CM 12.1

So, I installed CM 12.1 on my phone. Before that I used the Standard app from Android "Back up & restore" (Android 4.3) to backup my contacts on my SD card. Now I have no idea, how to restore it. I don't even find the file. Can I just install this app on CM 12.1?
(It's a pain to google for this app since it isn't a unique name)
